Our Acrylic needled felt, used high quality Acrylic fibers with high strength acrylic scrim supported with heat setting singe and glazed finished process.
In order to improve our filter bag performance and meet the requirements of specific working conditions, the surface can be treated with waterproof and oil-proof treatment, PTFE impregnation and PTFE lamination.
It is mainly used in Waste incineration, Asphalt, Coal mill and Power plants.
Main Features
● Good resistance for the chemical corrosion: Anti acid and alkali, hardly corrosion.
● Excellent high temperature resistance: continuous operating temperature can reach 257°F (125 °C), temperature peak up to 284°F (140 °C).
