Polyester Filter Bag for Air Filtration Dust Collector Bags
Polyester filter bag made of Polyester needle felt filter fabrics for air filtration dust collector bags is the most high cost effective dust collector filter bags for high temperature working condition dust filtration system in different industries.
Polyester needle felt was made by Polyester fibers with high strength polyester scrim supported after needle punched & finished (heat setting, singed and glazed) production process. Greatly improve the cleaning capacity, stability and filtering precision of the filter materials, extended the service life of filter material.
Polyester needle felt was widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, cement plant, building materials, ceramics, medicine, food, flour, wood processing and other dust removal and material recover .
Main Features
● Good resistance for the chemical corrosion: Anti acid and alkali, hardly corrosion.
● Excellent high temperature resistance: continuous operating temperature can reach 257°F (125 °C), temperature peak up to 266°F (150 °C).
● Variety of finish treatment: Heat setting, Singed, Glazed, Water and Oil Repellent, PTFE membrane laminated.
