Our polypropylene needle felt (PP felt) used high quality PP fibers with high strength PP scrim supported with heat setting, singed and glazed finished . it can be continue used in the working condition which the temperature under 100 °C . it has good acid and alkali resistance.
Mainly used in flue gas temperature below 100 °C with high acid or alkali and large amount of moisture field of solid-liquid separation.
Main Features
● Good resistance for the chemical corrosion: Anti acid and alkali, hardly corrosion.
● Excellent high temperature resistance: continuous operating temperature can reach 176°F (80 °C), temperature peak up to 212°F (100 °C).
● Finish treatment: Glazed.
